Week 2 of Paleo:
Tonight’s dinner (1/9/12).. Got a bacon burger from 5 Guys
+ lettuce, tomato, onions
- the bun
Used 2 portabella mushroom caps as the bun.. put some paleo mayo on there along with some spinach and voila.. paleo burger.
Sweet potato sticks baked in the oven, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper tossed in olive oil.. dipped in paleo mayo. A bit of an over indulgence, but what the heck, i’ve been sooooo good!
