No link to this recipe.. basically just sauteed up some chicken breasts, added the veggies i had on hand (collard greens, mushrooms and tomatoes) mixed with coconut milk and red curry paste…Voila!

Slow cooker pork shoulder w/ guacamole and “paleo” coleslaw.

EASY.. and enough leftovers for lunches throughout the week. BAM
